1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ca444 and its users. The meanings of the key terms used in this document are explained below:

• "ca444" or "Platform" refers to the ca444.cam website and all services provided under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered or wishes to register with ca444.
• "Account" refers to each user's individual registered profile.

2 Account Registration

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

• ca444 reserves the right to permanently close an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ca444 may at any time request any of the following documents for identity verification:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Mobile banking account details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay).
• Proof of current address.

ca444 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Users are required to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to the support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3 Age Restrictions

At the time of registration, the user must confirm they are at least 21 years of age. ca444 may request documents to verify age at any time. If age-related information is found to be false, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

ca444 takes the protection of minors very seriously. Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that their children or teenagers are not able to use this platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following mobile banking methods are accepted for depositing funds into ca444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka) — for each method.
• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If your balance is not credited after a transaction has been successfully completed, please contact support immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method and the same account used at the time of deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase in case of complications.
• If identity verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus funds — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering conditions have been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus option must be activated at the time of registration.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 25x (on the original deposit plus the bonus).
• Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

ca444 regularly offers various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which should be read carefully before accepting the offer. It may not be possible to combine multiple bonus offers at the same time.

5.3 VIP Program

The ca444 VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's regular participation and activity on the platform. VIP benefits apply only to active members and may change due to inactivity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any transaction placed on incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error is not valid — ca444 reserves the right to cancel such bets.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the result will be determined from the last saved state.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by ca444

ca444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. In this case, the support team must be contacted. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

ca444 does not accept any liability in the following cases:

• Service disruption caused by technical errors, server outages or internet problems.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Loss caused by third-party access.
